These terms apply to orders placed at customphotoboothtemplates.com, a service of Eventful Productions LLC (“we”, “us”), Orange County, California. By paying for an order you agree to them.
What we provide
Custom photo booth print templates (any size) and tablet or screen start screens, designed for your event and delivered as image files. Pricing is shown at checkout. Rush delivery is an optional add on.
Delivery time and our 24 hour promise
Your clock starts when you submit your event details, not when you pay. Standard orders get a first design within 24 hours of receiving your details. Rush orders get a first design within 4 hours. If we miss that deadline for the first design, we will refund 50% of your order. Time spent waiting on you, such as missing or unclear details, does not count against the deadline. Revisions are not part of the deadline.
Free changes and extra changes
Changes are free for 24 hours after your first design is delivered. After that, each additional round of changes is $9.99. Please send clear, specific requests so we can get it right quickly.
Refunds
Because every design is custom made, orders are generally non-refundable once work has started. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to fix it. If we cannot deliver something that reasonably matches your request, we will refund your order. Late delivery is covered by the 24 hour promise above.
What you give us
You are responsible for the text, names, dates and spelling you submit, and for the quality of any files you upload. You confirm you have the right to use any logos, images, templates, invitations or inspiration materials you send us, and that your content does not infringe anyone else’s rights or contain anything unlawful. We may decline or stop an order that does.
AI assisted design
We use AI tools, with human review, to help create designs. Artwork may be generated in part by AI, and similar designs may be produced for different customers. We make no promise that any design is unique, registrable as a trademark or copyright, or free of resemblance to other works.
Your license to use the design
Once paid, you may use the delivered files for your event and for your own photo booth business, including printing and displaying them for your clients. You may not resell the files as templates or stock designs. We keep the right to show the finished work in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us not to.
Compatibility
We build files to the size and format you give us. If you upload your booth’s template, we design around the photo windows. Different booth software can handle files differently, so please test the file in your software when you receive it and tell us right away if something does not fit.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your card number.
Text and email messages
By ordering you agree that we may email and text you about your order, such as confirmations, reminders for missing details, delivery and follow up. Message frequency varies with your order. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase beyond order related messages.
Limits of liability
Our service is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost bookings or event revenue, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by California law, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Orange County, California.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place your order applies to that order.
