customphotoboothtemplates.com is run by Eventful Productions LLC (“we”, “us”) in Orange County, California. This page explains what we collect when you order a custom photo booth template or start screen, and what we do with it.
What we collect
Your name and email address, the details you give us about your event (event type, date, text, colors, style notes), and any files you upload such as a booth template, logo, invitation or inspiration images. We also get basic technical data from our web host, like your IP address and browser type, and your time zone so we can show delivery times in your local time.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never seen or stored by us. We receive confirmation of payment, the amount, and your email.
How we use it
To make and deliver your design, email you about your order (payment confirmation, reminders if we are missing details, delivery, and follow up about your experience), provide support and changes, process refunds, and keep our business records.
AI design tools
We use artificial intelligence services to help create designs. To do this, the text, descriptions and images you send us may be processed by OpenAI. We do not use your files to market to you or sell them. Please only upload images and logos you have the right to use.
Text messages
If you give us your phone number at checkout, we may text you about your order, such as reminders for missing details. We use Quo, a business phone service, to send them. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out. We do not sell or share phone numbers for marketing by others.
Who we share it with
Only the services we need to run the business: Stripe (payments), Quo (texting), OpenAI (design generation), our web host and email provider, and Google Workspace. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep order information and files as long as we need them to deliver and support your order and meet legal and accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your files and information at any time.
Your choices and California privacy rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. California residents have these rights under state privacy law, and we will not treat you differently for asking. You can opt out of non-order emails at any time by replying to say so.
Cookies
We use only the basic cookies needed for the site and checkout to work. If we add advertising or analytics tools later, we will update this page.
